Skye’s
Triple Feedback Plan plays a crucial role in the
A) satisfaction of all parties involved and the
B) successful closing of the sale of the home.
Meetings are held weekly during the length of
the listing either over the phone, email or in
person and feedback is received in 3 ways.
- Feedback
to Skye from Home Sellers re: performance, timing
of showings, communication, etc. The Home Sellers
fill out a simple form.

Feedback from Agents who show the home regarding
the state of the home and property and the comments
of their buyers. Skye will fax or email a feedback
form to all agents that show the home asking
their opinion on a variety of topics such as
price of the home, preparedness of the home,
etc. If a response is not received from these
forms, Skye will continue to reach the agent
via phone until a response is received.

Feedback from Skye to Home Seller regarding
buyer feedback and marketing plan modifications.
This feedback is documented in a special form
that is presented to the seller during the weekly
meeting and careful consideration is given to
this important feedback.
