Laura has been working in the real estate industry since 2004 and has been a Top Producing Buyer’s Agent for Skye Bruce since 2005. Her extensive experience working with buyers is demonstrated by multiple individual awards as a Distinguished Achiever from the Richmond Association of REALTORS and as a member of the Skye Bruce Properties Team, one of the “Top 10 Volume Real Estate Teams” in all of Central Virginia.

In addition to her role as a Buyer’s Agent at Skye Bruce Properties she also leads the company’s sales efforts in the Atlee/Mechanicsville area including the neighborhoods of Kings Charter, AshCreek and Milestone.

Laura holds her Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation from the National Association of Realtors – a testament to her strong commitment to professionally representing buyers. Laura is also a Certified Residential Specialist, the equivalent to a PHD in Real Estate. Laura is a graduate from Indiana University with a degree in Political Science.
