Jim specializes in working with buyers throughout Central Virginia and leads the Skye Bruce Properties listing, sales and marketing efforts in the River Road/Cary Street and Libbie-Grove areas of Richmond.

In addition as Vice President of Sales, his responsibilities include agent recruiting, sales training, client services management, relocation development and strategic planning.
