Four Way Communication

A National Association of Realtors survey indicated that over 90% of people are dissatisfied with the level of communication between themselves and their real estate agent.

THIS IS NEVER THE CASE WITH SKYE’S CLIENTS

Skye introduces her Four Way Communication Plan during her first meeting with home sellers to discuss the listing of their home. At that time, a strategy is developed and implementation is begun to ensure a strong line of communication between all parties on four levels:

  1. Between Skye and Home Seller
  2. Between Home Seller and Skye
  3. Between Agents that Show Home and Skye
  4. Between Prospective Buyers and Skye

Weekly meetings are held during the length of the listing either via phone, email or in person to ensure proper communication and to present an opportunity to discuss the sale.

It is important to Skye that every one of her clients

  1. Understands the entire transaction process and what is going on
  2. Is given required notice for showings of their listings
  3. Receives regular feedback
  4. Feels as though they can contact Skye easily and regularly
  5. Is satisfied with Skye’s performance
